Amit is a seasoned startup founder, investor and speaker, who spends his time creating, evangelizing and investing in the future of responsible AI and decentralization. A 20-year veteran of Silicon Valley, he specifically focuses on technology, startups and systems that have a positive impact on the humans they serve. Amit travels around the world speaking at events, to evangelize the need and the path to future society that is driven by responsible AI, around Privacy, decentralization of power/control, recognition of bias and the economic agency in a world that is losing jobs to AI-driven automation at a rate and scale that is faster than ever before.As the Executive Chairman at Zero AI & Rainfall, he and his team are pioneering the idea of privacy focused AI – thereby changing the way the world thinks about and monetizes the digital existence of humans around the world.

Prior to joining Long Ridge, Sohum worked in financial restructuring at Millstein & Co. (now Guggenheim), focusing on corporate and sovereign debt restructurings. Additionally, he worked at Arena Investors on the structured finance team and invested in esoteric private credit transactions such as film financing. Sohum is an alumnus of the Wharton School and the Engineering School of the University of Pennsylvania, as part of the Jerome Fisher Program for Management and Technology.
Paula Skokowski - Chief Marketing Officer, Incognia; Founding Member, FirstBoard.io; Co-Founder, Investment Manager, Go-to-Market Advisor Oxford Angel Fund
Paula Skokowski is CMO at Incognia a location-based private identity company and also Co-Founder and Fund Manager for the Oxford Angel Fund. Paula graduated as one of the first women engineers from Oxford University, she also completed an MS in Robotics from U.C. Berkeley, and has worked at the forefront of technology bringing to market pioneering products in IoT, robotics, AI and cybersecurity, helping scale companies from startup through IPO. She has been an early employee and marketing leader at five VC-backed startups, two of which IPO-ed and the remaining three achieving more than $500M valuations, one recently acquired for $1B. Paula began her career programming robots at Adept Technology, then joined Echelon, where she pioneered one of the first IoT Interoperability standards. At General Magic Paula brought to market the first VoiceXML development platform and led the team that developed the OnStar voice interface. Paula was Chief Marketing Officer at Accellion, Interim VP Marketing at Shape Security, CMO at Yubico, and most recently is CMO at Incognia. Paula has deep functional leadership experience in global go-to-market strategy, brand development, product definition and development, marketing and sales development and enablement.
